產品消光度高，透明度高，易分散孔隙率大，耐水性好，有帶黃相，水油通用等優點。
一，消光率高—各種大小型號的顆粒剛好滿足涂料配方要求，消光率越高，顆粒分布狹窄且對稱消光率高。
二，透明度好---消光粉經過科學的排列，折光指數與成膜樹脂的折光指數相近，避免了消光透明漆可能發生的白霧狀。
三，易 分 散—粒徑分布的控制使之很容易分散于涂料之中，對于標準的溶解劑，以1200r/mm(槳葉速度為5-6m/s)攪拌葉輪分散10-15分鐘，就可得到充分的分散，注意溫度控制在50℃以下。
四，漆膜無影響—消光粉的純度，粒徑的完整性，耐研磨的特性及合理選擇匹配的型號，不僅對漆膜重涂附著力無影響，耐磨損，而且涂膜平滑，手感好，光澤一致性好。

高透明性
本系列產品采用特殊的表面活性介質包覆處理工藝，大大改善了消光粉的折射率，使其
折光系數達到1.47,使之和樹脂的折射率1.4-1.6更加接近，從而大大提高了產品的透明性。
高消光率
孔隙率為1.8-2.0毫米／克，并在生產設備和生產工藝上進行了優化，使產品有更窄的粒
徑分布，從而大大提高了消光效率。
高分散性
通過最先進的研磨工藝，消光劑在極不利的條件下也非常容易分散，從而縮短操作時間，
并且更有利于添加消光劑去調校啞度。
使用方法：
1.如達到干基消光粉的消光效率，建議添加3-10%
2.由于不同的配方和條件，建議客戶在使用前進行試驗，確定最佳的添加量。
注意事項：
1.客戶在裝卸使用和運輸途中，采取必要措施，避免粉塵飛揚。建議對方高度不超過10
層，受擠壓會影響產品分散性，請適當延長分散時間。
2.建議使用是開包使用，避免受潮影響使用效果。

High dispersion

conducive to add matting agent to adjust dmb degrees.
Instructions:
1. If you want to reach dry matting matting efficiency, recommended to add
3-10%
2. Due to different formulations and conditions, we advise you to make a test to
get the optimal dosage before final application.
Precautions:
1. During the process of handling and transportation, to take the necessary
